Key Stage 4 News

25th April 2026

Welcome back to the final stretch of the academic year! Although this is the shortest term on our calendar, it is undoubtedly one of the most significant. Key Stage 4 students have a full agenda ahead as we work toward a successful and productive conclusion to the year.

Our Year 11 students have officially transitioned into study leave as they begin their IGCSE examinations. We wish them the very best of luck during this critical period. These examinations represent the hard-earned culmination of their secondary studies, and we look forward to supporting them as they prepare to close this chapter and embark on the next exciting phase of their lives.

Meanwhile, the Year 10 cohort is preparing for an intensive three-week roadmap. They will begin with their end-of-year examinations in Week 7, followed by their work experience placements in Week 8, and concluding with a residential trip in Week 9. The work experience program is a cornerstone of our careers curriculum, designed to immerse students in professional environments and provide them with invaluable exposure to the working world for a full week. Further details and formal updates regarding these upcoming events will be shared via letter in the course of the term.

We wish all our Key Stage 4 students a productive term and look forward to celebrating their many achievements as the academic year draws to a close. Thank you for your continued support in making these opportunities possible for our students.
