Last Saturday, the Under-15 Girls' Netball Team travelled to Kivukoni School to take part in a competitive netball tournament. Throughout the day, we faced a variety of strong opponents, putting our skills, teamwork, and determination to the test. The tournament was a fantastic opportunity to challenge ourselves and gain valuable match experience against other schools.
Across our four matches, we secured two wins and suffered two losses. While every game brought its own challenges, the team remained focused and supportive of one another from start to finish. Our communication on court improved with each match, and we worked hard to apply the strategies we have been developing during training sessions.
One of the highlights of the day was finishing 3rd overall in the tournament. This achievement reflected the effort, commitment, and resilience shown by every player. Whether attacking, defending, or encouraging from the sidelines, each member of the team played an important role in our success.
A special congratulations goes to Ashley, who was awarded MVP (Most Valuable Player) for her outstanding performances throughout the tournament. Her skill, determination, and positive attitude made a significant impact on the court and inspired her teammates to give their best in every match.
Beyond the results, the tournament allowed us to strengthen our team spirit, build confidence, and create lasting memories together. We look forward to taking everything we learned into future training sessions and competitions.
