Our current history topic in Year 6 is ‘The Ancient Greeks’. We have: placed this great civilisation on a timeline; found out about Alexander the Great and his empire; explored daily life for different groups of people of the time; debated the superiority of Athens over Sparta; and been historians, studying primary sources to discover more about the Olympic Games.
