Ms Oira and Mr Oloo
Ana, Year 10 We started the trip by visiting the Coastal Bottlers company, where we learned about how the machines work and the company's organisational structure. The workers were very friendly, we enjoyed the learning experience and the free sodas! Later, we went to the 'IOME' centre, where I saw many interesting machines, including a 3D printer, which was fascinating. I even got to play Ludo that was 3D printed. My favourite part was visiting the 'IOME' centre.
Ernest Year 10 I enjoyed the trip; it was a very nice experience. I learned about soda production, marketing and sales. I also enjoyed the experience at the ‘IOME’ centre, where we learned about software and hardware related to 3D printing.
Fidel, Year 10 It was a very interesting trip. I liked learning about the different channels of soda production and seeing the machines in action. It was great for studying, though I was disappointed that some machines were not working at the time. The ‘IOME’ centre is a very nice place, the co-working space looks quiet and conducive for studying.
