VICTORIAN DAY

19th November 2021

What a fun Victorian day! In Year 5 we have been exploring the Victorian Era and this Wednesday we had our Victorian day. We came to school dressed like the Victorian children and teacher. We role-played writing 100 sentences, worked out sms on slates using chalk, recited tongue twisters, had a Victorian drill and finally enjoyed a delicious Victorian soup. It was yummy! We had the privilege to see a Victorian hat that was made 1900 years ago and had been well kept by Alleena’s family.
