Theme - Writing

Creche - Kian: For being a helpful friend and looking after our new classmate. Keep it up Kian.

FS1 - Amani: For his creative pictures and talking beautifully about them.

FS2 - Eleanor: For copying your name from your name card and making an effort to write the sounds you learn. Well done Eleanor.

Year 1 - Amira: For her creative writing in English, beautifully retelling familiar stories with repeated patterns.

Year 2 - Jasmine: For writing a thoughtful and well-structured letter in reply to the Year 2 children from Sunnyfield, London. She included an excellent self-description, expressing herself clearly and confidently.

Year 3 - Iviani: For using her wonderful imagination in planning her story about her chosen character, Miss Adventurous—well done!

Year 5 - Yunis: For writing an excellent rhetorical question in his notes on opposing the motion of children being allowed to vote

Year 6 - Etienne, Clemmie, Veer: Voted by the class as being one of their top 3 favourite poems, this certificate is for excellent poetry writing, based on seeing Mombasa from different perspectives.
