Pink Day for Breast Cancer Awareness

9th October 2025

Last week, the Primary and Secondary students joined hands in an uplifting act of kindness; creating beautiful, heartfelt cards for patients currently undergoing breast cancer treatment.

We all poured our creativity and compassion into every design, filling each card with encouraging messages and thoughtful drawings. Our goal was simple yet powerful: to bring a moment of comfort and hope to those facing challenging times. This activity emphasised the value of empathy, community, and support, whilst also showcasing the students’ artistic talents. It reiterated the notion that we all have the power to comfort and encourage others and served as a gentle reminder that even the smallest gestures can make a big difference in someone’s day. To all the students and teachers whose time, effort, and creativity made this meaningful project possible, the Interact team would like to extend a big thank you to you all. Together, we helped spread smiles and hope, one card at a time. —Tasneem
