Mombasa Inter-School Athletics Competition - BMIS takes 2nd place!

Thursday 6th March - field events
On Thursday afternoon, 18 secondary school students took part in field events athletics at Shree Academy. Their hardwork and determination were evident, earning praise from other coaches present at the event.The students showed great technical skills in all the throwing and jumping events. They were eager to compete and pushed themselves to do their best. A big well done goes to Ricky and Pamela, who took on events for older age groups and excelled.
We are very proud of all our students for their effort and teamwork. Their great performance earned them second place in the field events. Well done!
Saturday 8th March - track events
Despite some illnesses that reduced the number of students able to take part in the track events, the team worked together to enter as many events as possible and harvest as many points as possible. All the students displayed commendable team spirit, motivation, dedication and resilience and were amazing ambassadors of the school.
Rens, Sean and Aiden M joined the U15 relay team to ensure we could take part in those events and Natalie, Ashley, Peter and Denis helped the U19 relay team too. Well done to all our students for their excellent sportsmanship and strong athletic ability.
