Life long learning - Professional Development Highlight

6th December 2025

Earlier this term, I had the opportunity to attend a leadership workshop hosted by EducatiA Global in partnership with SP Jain School of Global Management. The session brought together Careers Advisors and academic leaders to explore how artificial intelligence is transforming education, leadership, and student wellbeing.

A key focus of the workshop was Creating Emotionally Intelligent Schools in the Age of AI. We examined how digital mental health tools can support emotional intelligence, strengthen teacher–student relationships, and promote a positive, supportive school environment.

The workshop offered valuable insights into reducing student stress and anxiety, improving academic engagement, and using data-driven approaches to identify early signs of wellbeing concerns.

Overall, it was an enriching experience that highlighted how blending technology with empathy-driven practices can help us build future-ready, emotionally intelligent schools.
