This week, KS3 students explored how to keep a healthy balance between online and offline life. They discussed how social media apps are designed to keep users hooked through scrolling and notifications, and reflected on the difference between healthy media habits, like using technology to learn and connect, and unhealthy ones, such as losing sleep or focus. Students from Years 7–9 shared strategies for managing screen time, taking breaks, and making thoughtful choices to build a balanced, positive relationship with technology.
