KS1 Back with a Bang!

We have had a fantastic start to the term!

The children have settled back in very well, full of energy and curiosity. Here is a snapshot of our busy two weeks:

  • Year 1: It is all about hands-on learning!

We are measuring length and height in Maths, enjoying "We’re Going on a Bear Hunt" in English, and exploring plants around the school grounds in Science.

  • Year 2: Real-world skills are in focus!

We are exploring geometry, writing newspaper reports, and hunting for minibeasts. Excitement is high for our upcoming shopping trip to practice using money, followed by cooking a traditional Swahili dish!

Thank you for your support—please ask your children to share their learning adventures with you!

KS1 Coordinator
