4th July 2025
As we draw the curtain on an eventful and fulfilling academic year, we take a moment to reflect on the remarkable journey of our Key Stage 5 students. This year has been filled with milestones, growth, and a deepening sense of responsibility among our Sixth Formers.
University Offers & Academic Achievement
We are incredibly proud of our Year 13 students, many of whom have received exciting university offers from top institutions in both Dubai and the UK. Their exceptional results in BTEC Art and BTEC Business are a testament to their hard work, consistency, and dedication throughout the year.
Transition and What Lies Ahead
As we prepare to welcome our new cohort who have just completed their final examinations, we are excited to offer a vibrant and fulfilling Sixth Form experience. A well-rounded programme awaits, including career sessions, university fairs, a student-led mentee programme, and themed days, all designed to equip students with skills and memories that go beyond the classroom.
Attire & Attendance Reminders
A reminder to all students that Sixth Form dress code remains smart casual. Sweatpants, jeans, denim, hoodies and sports shoes are not permitted. Furthermore, consistent attendance is critical to stay on track with our rigorous academic and enrichment programme.
Leadership in Action & Well-Rounded Growth
Throughout the year, our Sixth Formers have displayed remarkable leadership beyond the classroom. Year 13 students led the way in organising school-wide initiatives, while both Year 12 and 13 students played a central role in planning and facilitating team-building activities across all three terms, with Year 10 in Term 1 and Key Stage 3 in Terms 2 and 3. These events were instrumental in fostering friendships, building a sense of unity, and strengthening the student community.
Year 12s, in particular, have emerged as confident leaders, leading assemblies, MCing major school events, and contributing immensely to our school culture. Their teamwork, initiative, and strong peer bonds have laid a solid foundation for future collaboration. A highlight of the year was the BTEC Career Evening, where students showcased their creativity, professionalism, and talent, a true reflection of their growth as well-rounded individuals.
Appreciation & Role Models
A special shout-out goes to our Head Girl, whose unwavering commitment, inspiring speeches, and graceful leadership have made her a true embodiment of our school values. Her admirable spirit has left an impact on both peers and teachers alike.
As we look forward to the new academic year, we remain committed to nurturing excellence, leadership, and character in all our Sixth Formers. Thank you for being part of a vibrant, growing, and thriving Key Stage 5 community.
