The IAPS group has this year given the opportunity to students in Year 8 to exhibit their artwork in a unique touring exhibition. The aim was to create an exhibition to celebrate our young budding artists throughout the IAPS schools of Kenya and give the opportunity to parents, teachers, students and friends of our community to recognise and celebrate their amazing work and talent.
The theme was open and the pieces were in various medium and style.
The opening night was held on Friday 13th May 2022, at Braeburn Gitanga Road. The pieces for the exhibition will then 'tour' some of the IAPS schools.
BMIS is proudly represented by Fidel Nzioki, Ana Leon and Zahra Yusufali whose artwork have been framed for the occasion. Their work was noticed early on and we received positive feedback from the organisers and guests who attended the event.
The main organiser of the exhibition had this to say: “This would not have been possible without you. Thank you for your continued support. It never goes unnoticed.”
Well done to our BMIS students!
