Healthy Individuals and Team Work in Secondary Registration

Week 7 has had exciting mornings for our secondary students who had form group competitions in the exciting hockey shootouts organised by the PE team. Each class had 4 minutes to take turns among classmates to score against the goal that had a form tutor from a different class as a goalkeeper. Year 7 and 8 started it off on Tuesday with Ms Onyango in goal against the aggressive Year 8 while Mr Took was against the Year 7s . More fun came in on Thursday with Mme Mwangi's tactical goalkeeping skills against Year 9 students. On Friday, Year 10 and 11 students showcased their aiming and powerful shots at goal against Mr Daniels and Mrs Okech respectively. All students enjoyed the activity and displayed good teamwork in their class groups. The results are (1 goal scored = 1 point):

Year 7 - 3 points

Year 8 - 4 points

Year 9 - 2 points

Year 10 - 2 points

Year 11 - 4 points

Well done Year 8 and 11 for the win!

Best goalkeepers were Mme Mwangi and Mr Daniels! Followed closely by Mr Took, Miss Onyango and Mrs Okech.
