Girls' and Boys' Open Netball Tournament at Aga Khan Academy Mombasa

Last Saturday, our boys’ and girls’ netball teams took part in the Open Netball Tournament held at Aga Khan Academy. We are very proud of all the students who gave up their Saturday to represent the school.
The boys impressed throughout the day with their skills, teamwork and effort across the four matches they played. Despite the challenging weather and strong competition, they showed great determination and a never give up attitude in every game.
The girls also performed exceptionally well, showing strong commitment and continuous improvement as the tournament progressed. They finished second in their group stage, which earned them a place in the semi-finals. After a competitive round, they went on to secure an excellent third place overall.
What stood out most was the girls’ ability to reflect on their performances after each game. They worked together, gave each other constructive feedback and improved with every match.
Well done to both teams for representing Braeburn Mombasa with pride and sportsmanship. A special mention goes to Dennis and Ashley for their outstanding defending skills.
