The COBIS Student Achievement Awards recognise outstanding individual achievements or contributions to an aspect of school or community life. Students can be nominated for the award for a number of reasons, including:
Schools may also wish to nominate a student for another reason not listed above.
This year COBIS received nominations from 136 COBIS schools worldwide and said that they have thoroughly enjoyed reading about the incredible achievements of COBIS students.
COBIS also wrote: “please do pass on our congratulations! We will be making a charitable donation to Cool Earth on behalf of the nominated students. Cool Earth is a charity that works alongside rainforest communities to halt deforestation and its impact on climate change.
The list of nominated students will be published on our website in the coming weeks at www.cobis.org.uk/saa. The list will contain only those students for whom we have publication permission.
Thank you once again for taking part and congratulations to your students on their awards.”
