Business Trip to PrideInn Paradise

We recently had the opportunity to attend an educational business trip to PrideInn Paradise, and it was a very enriching experience that helped connect what we learn in class to the real world.
During the trip, we learned about Human Resource Management (HRM) and how teamwork and staff motivation play an important role in the success of an organisation. We were also introduced to different leadership styles and how effective leadership helps create a positive working environment. We were also given a brief insight into marketing and how businesses promote their services.
One of the most memorable moments was a motivational speech from PrideInn Hotels, Resorts and Camps Managing Director, Hasnain Noorani, that encouraged us to dream boldly, work hard, and believe in our potential. The guided tour and meet-and-greet sessions gave us the chance to interact with professionals whose stories were inspiring and helped open our minds to new and exciting career pathways.
Overall, the visit was educational, inspiring, and motivating, and it left us feeling more confident and excited about our future.

This past Friday, Key Stages 4 and 5 were given the wonderful opportunity to visit Prideinn Paradise, a calm beach resort with scenic views of the ocean. We were shown around the different types of rooms available in the resort, as well as the spa, the gym and the various conference rooms available. We listened to a talk given by Hasnain Noorani, the founder of Prideinn. After that, the heads of the marketing department, Human Resources and the headchef gave presentations on their departments and their roles in the company. Overall, this was a great learning experience for all students as we gained knowledge on business management and leadership styles as well as marketing strategies.
