Black History and African Americans

This term Year 8 students are studying the African Peoples of the Americas.

Nicole and Denis have researched two of the most popular and well known African Americans of modern times: Barack and Michelle Obama.

On Monday, next week, we will be celebrating Black History as part of our whole school Respect and Peace Day.

Later in the term, the IGCSE History students will present an assembly to coincide with Black History Month in November.
