Adam Shines at the Diani Samaki Classic 2026

Adam delivered an outstanding performance at the two-day Diani Samaki Classic 2026, showcasing skill, focus, and determination throughout the competition. He secured 1st place in the Junior Category, a fantastic achievement against strong competition.
Here’s what he had to say:
I took part in a two-day fishing competition in Diani called the Diani Samaki Classic, which took place on the 10th and 11th of January 2026. During the competition, I caught four dorados, one tuna, and a massive sailfish. Unfortunately, we lost a black marlin that was estimated to weigh around 350 kg. My dad caught one sailfish and one dorado, and his friend also caught a sailfish. We lost a few sailfish as well, but all billfish were released safely. I won 1st place in the junior category, and our boat, Sea Skipper, finished third overall in the competition.
