Year 3: Exciting Times Ahead!
We’ve had a fantastic start to the year in Year 3! Everyone has settled in wonderfully, and we are all excited about the adventures and learning experiences coming our way.
In Science, we have been learning about forces and magnets and how to write reports like real scientists! We have tackled predictions, recorded observations, explained our results, and drawn conclusions– it’s been a lot of fun!
In Maths, we have conquered place value up to 1000 (hooray!), and now we are diving into addition and subtraction – we are unstoppable!
English has been all about poetry. We have learned so many amazing features, and we are gearing up for the COBIS Poetry Competition. Our creative juices are flowing, and we can’t wait to show off our talents.
As for Topic, we know so much there is to know about Italy! We are super excited to experience life as an Italian during our celebration day coming up on Monday, and the cherry on top – a visit to Roberto’s!
