Year 2 News

We have had a great start to the term in Year 2. We are now firmly set in our routines and expectations and are looking forward to a successful last term in Key stage 1.
We are exploring different materials and their properties in Science and having lots of fun interacting with our new History topic, 'The Stone Age'.
The Year 2's are excited to start working on their project work this week. They have been tasked with creating presentations using different mediums to show their understanding on any of the different aspects of the stone age for instance food, clothing, housing, tools, weapons and the way of life during the stone age.
We are looking forward to some great pieces after half-term.
