What is Young's Modulus?
Young's Modulus is a measure of the stiffness of a material. It is defined as the ratio of stress to strain within the elastic limit of a material. In simpler terms, it helps us understand how much a material will stretch or compress under a given load.
In recent days, our students have been immersed in the theoretical aspects of Young's Modulus. They have explored the mathematical relationships between stress and strain and how these concepts are applied in real-world scenarios.
