Delving into the Fusion of Geography and Mathematics!

24th May 2024

This term has been an exhilarating journey, where the dynamic duo of geography and mathematics have united forces, revealing captivating discoveries through the magic of numerical analysis!

We embarked on an expedition to sharpen our skills in data collection, utilising tools like surveys and a variety of sampling techniques. We explored a dash of creativity by presenting our findings through captivating visuals like pie charts, bar graphs and line graphs, breathing an artistic life into our geography class.

We have also exercised our cognitive prowess by crafting hypotheses. Essentially, it is about making educated geographical guesses supported by mathematical reasoning. These geographical skills are very useful in drawing conclusions using common Geographical themes such as the migration patterns of younger generations towards more developed nations in pursuit of superior education, career prospects, and familial bonds.
