KS3 Science

27th September 2024

This term in KS3 Science, we will be covering a variety of exciting topics. Students will explore the building blocks of life, understanding how cells work in living organisms. We will also learn how to classify matter, recognising solids, liquids, and gases, and look at the atoms, elements, and compounds that make up everything around us.

In addition, we will dive into plant biology, learning how plants grow and sustain life. We will also study Group 1 elements in the periodic table, exploring their unique properties and reactions. Finally, we will examine force and energy, understanding how forces affect objects and how energy moves and changes.

Throughout the term, students will be developing their scientific skills, including conducting experiments, making observations, and analysing data. These skills will help them think critically and solve problems.

We are looking forward to a great term of learning and discovery!
