KS2 NEWS - ROMAN DAY/ ROBERTO'S TRIP

On Thursday morning the Year 3 class travelled back in time to the Roman era. Many of us came to school in a traditional toga and we even had some soldiers! Even our Maths lesson was focussed on learning to use the Roman numerals. We then hopped onto the bus and travelled to Roberto’s where we found ourselves in Italy! We learnt some interesting facts about Italian food, made our own Margherita pizza, watched ice cream being made and at the end of our learning we got to eat our yummy pizza and even chose our own ice cream flavour!
