A Warm Welcome and Kudos for a Stellar Start!

Welcome back to school! It has been an absolute pleasure to see all of you return with such enthusiasm and energy. As the first week of the new academic year comes to a close, I want to take a moment to commend every one of you for your swift and positive start.

From the moment you walked through the doors, your eagerness and readiness to settle down into the new school year have been truly impressive. Whether you are settling into Key Stage 3 or gearing up for the challenges of Key Stage 4, your swift adaptation and readiness to engage with your studies and school life have not gone unnoticed.

I would like to extend a heartfelt welcome to all the new students as well as the Year 7 students joining us this year. We are thrilled to have you as part of our school community. This new chapter can be both exciting and a bit daunting, but I want you to know that you are now part of a supportive and vibrant community. Everyone here is eager to help you feel at home and find your place and therefore do not hesitate to reach out to your teachers, mentors, and classmates.

As we continue into the school year, let’s carry forward this momentum and enthusiasm. Keep up the great work, stay curious, and remember that every day is a new opportunity to learn and grow. Your hard work and positive attitude in class, swimming and even social interactions are already making a difference and I am excited to see all the amazing things we will accomplish together this year.
