The children in FS1 have been learning about different safari animals and actually going on safari! They listened to a variety of safari animal stories, they role-played going on safari and made different art and crafts activities based on these stories.
The children also listened to the exciting story about a giraffe called Gerald from the story, ‘Giraffes Can’t Dance’. They then made dancing giraffes by cutting giraffe patterned paper and sticking it on a night-time background that they had already painted.
