The future tense- Year 8
The Year 8 students have been working on different tenses throughout the year in French. This half of the term, they are learning the future tense. It is awe-inspiring to see how they try to sustain and combine the past, present and future tenses in one conversation.
We did a role-play at the hotel and the receptionist had to explain the facilities available while the clients had to reserve a room at the hotel and ask different questions such as the availability of parking and a room with a hot shower.

Hier soir j’ai mangé du poisson et un hamburger, c’était fantastique! J’ai regardé la télé avec mon frère et ma mère. J’ai lu un livre qui s’appelle ‘Harry Potter’ . J’ai joué à cache-cache avec mon frère et ma sœur. J’ai bu beaucoup de jus d’orange.
