All Braeburn Mombasa staff are committed to safeguarding the welfare of children and young people at our school. Our policies are below.

Complaints Policy and Procedures

Braeburn Mombasa prides itself on the quality of teaching and pastoral care of its pupils. However, if parents do have a complaint, it will be dealt with by the school in accordance with this policy.

Safeguarding Policy

This Safeguarding Policy applies to all adults, including volunteers, working in or on behalf of the school and is an overarching document which demonstrates how everyone working in or for our school service, shares an objective to help keep children safe from harm and abuse.

Parents can, on request, be given copies of:

  1. Admissions Policy
  2. Provision for SEND and EAL
  3. Curriculum Policy
  4. Behaviour Policy
  5. Anti-Bullying Policy
  6. Health and Safety Policy
  7. First Aid Policy
  8. Particulars of the school’s academic performance during the preceding school year, including the results of any public examinations.
  9. The number of complaints received by the school.
